We are privileged to have Alice working in partnership with our school. There is a significant impact from the sessions she has with the children, allowing them to make progress rapidly and access the full curriculum. Alice communicates in an open and friendly manner with parents and staff; we have had an abundance of positive comments from the parents of children she has supported. Alice also offers support to the teaching assistants within school who are working with small groups of children or 1:1 with children with communication needs. This enables us to use her knowledge and expertise to support a greater number of children other than those that receive the intensive 1:1 sessions. If written reports are required for an outside assessment (for example Education, Health and Care Plan) these are always well written and delivered in a timely manner, with the child at the heart of the report. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alice to any school.
